1. Digital License & Usage Rights
- Personal & Commercial Radio Use: When you purchase a sound or voice pack from txsoundpacks.com, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install, play, and use the audio files on your RC transmitters, radios, and associated equipment.
- Restrictions: You may not re-sell, redistribute, sub-license, host for free download, or share the raw .wav or audio files with third parties.
2. User Accounts & Login
- Accounts created using third-party logins (such as Google via Nextend Social Login) are your responsibility to maintain securely.
- You agree not to share account credentials or transfer your account access to others.
3. Audio Compatibility & Hardware
- Our voice packs are created specifically for EdgeTX and compatible OpenTX radio firmware.
- While we strive to ensure audio format compatibility (proper sample rates, bit depths, and file naming conventions required by EdgeTX), you are responsible for ensuring your hardware/SD card is properly formatted and configured to run custom sound packs.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, custom sound packs, audio assets, and web application software on txsoundpacks.com remain the intellectual property of txsoundpacks.com unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
txsoundpacks.com is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any radio configuration errors, loss of SD card data, equipment damage, or flight incidents resulting from the use or misuse of audio files or radio prompts.
