The Golden Rule: Personal Use Only
When you purchase a sound pack from my store, you are purchasing a single-user, personal license. Here is what that means in simple terms:
- Allowed: Installing the sound pack on your own radio transmitters, backups, and personal SD cards.
- Allowed: Using the audio during public flying events, live streams, or in personal YouTube/FPV videos.
- NOT Allowed: Copying or transferring the files onto a friend’s, club member’s, or third party’s radio.
- NOT Allowed: Uploading the raw audio files,
.zippackages, or installer files to Google Drive, Dropbox, Discord, Telegram, or online forums. - NOT Allowed: Reselling, bundling, or including my voice files inside other commercial software, radios, or digital downloads.

This entire site is built and maintained by just me. As an FPV pilot who is currently losing my sight, my goal with txsoundpacks.com is very personal: I want to build something meaningful that can help fund my passion for FPV and keep me flying before my vision is completely gone.
When you buy a pack instead of sharing or pirating it, you are directly supporting a fellow pilot’s dream to stay in the air as long as possible. Uploading my files online or handing them out at the field directly undermines this site and prevents me from creating new packs, updating compatibility, and supporting the community.
Distributing or uploading my audio files without authorization is digital piracy and a direct violation of my licensing terms.
What Happens If Files Are Shared Without Permission?
Every download generated on txsoundpacks.com is logged and linked to your customer account. If I discover my sound packs being shared on public file hosts, forums, or unapproved devices:
- Account Termination: Your
txsoundpacks.comaccount will be permanently banned, revoking access to all past purchases, updates, and installer downloads without a refund. - Legal & DMCA Action: I actively issue DMCA takedown notices to file hosts, forums, and cloud services, and reserve the right to seek legal remedies for copyright infringement.
