Digital Products Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital voice and sound packs on txsoundpacks.com are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Because digital audio files cannot be physically returned, purchasing and downloading a pack constitutes complete fulfillment of the transaction.
Exceptions & Technical Issues
We want to ensure your EdgeTX transmitter sounds great! If you encounter any of the following issues, we are happy to assist:
- Corrupted or Broken Files: If a file fails to unzip, is missing required .wav files, or will not play on compatible EdgeTX hardware, please contact us. We will re-generate or replace the corrupted files free of charge.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same sound pack twice in a single transaction, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order numbers for a refund on the duplicate item.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your download link or access to your generated audio files, check your spam/promotions folder first, then reach out to us with your receipt so we can send direct download links.
